I understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled! 24 hours notice for all amendments to appointments will help avoid a cancellation fee! Please note that a 100% service total will be charged for same day cancellation, no-shows, appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or tardiness past 10 minutes. Excessive cancellation or reschedule will result in a nonrefundable deposit for each appointment. Child Safety In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, as well as safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not want to compromise your or other guests experience and kindly ask that you make your child care arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment.
